Capacity-buildingThe delivery of mentorship for young professionals to create networks and build skills in supporting a meaningful green career pathway. SFI is passionate about delivering the PLT Green Mentor program that connects young professionals with professionals in the green jobs sector for a multi-month mentorship program. The program provides training and growth opportunities for mentees and mentors.On-going
Please report on the result /achievement of the actions taken: 
SFI, through the PLT Green Mentor program has supported over 630 mentorship participants since 2020 to support building a diverse and resilient workforce. One specific example is the delivery of the World Forestry Congress Green Mentor program in 2021-2022 which supported 50 mentorship pairs globally in a 6-month mentorship program.
