Field activities
|
A project, funded by NSF-Fapesp is collecting data with with the goals of understanding spillover risk in areas with both forest loss and forest gain.This project will increase the knowledge about how the loss and gain of forests in tropical areas affects the health of the environment and animals, and consequently the risk of epidemics and pandemics. the grant was awarded in October 2022 and the project starts in January 2023.
