Please report on the result /achievement of the actions taken: 
Four coastal fisheries in Malaysia are now mandated to use TEDs in their opertions. We continue to work with other States to bring get them all to be TED compliant.
What challenges have you encountered in implementing this Resolution and what measures have you taken to overcome them?: 
Buy-in from government to make TEDs a legal requirement; buy-in from fisheres who fear catch land income losses.

Convene stakeholders/NetworkingWe will continue to convene training workshops for fishers and fishery officers
Education/Communication/Raising awarenessWe will continue to develop and disseminate awareness materials at local events, at scientific conferences, and on social media
Field activitiesWe will continue to trial new TED designs to best suit the local fishing methods and vessels
FundraisingWe will continue to seek funds to implement the TED projject at a National level, in stages
