Describe any challenges encountered in implementing this Resolution and the measures taken
No major challenges. Some technical issues at the beginning but mostly this relates to finding reliable electronic monitoring cameras. Our solution was we built our own.

Our work has led to the design and adoption at the State level of the country's first ever time-area closure to protect critically endangered wedgefish, sharks and rays

We will develop similar policy options for conserving sharks and rays in Sarawak as were developed for Sabah
