Challenges / obstacles encountered in the implementation of this Resolution
Lack of financial funds
Describe any challenges encountered in implementing this Resolution and the measures taken
Major challenge is the need to resource RLE database upgrade. Lack progress in this area is limiting access of the global community to RLE data to serve a wide range of needs and applications. Some funding initiatives have been prepared and submitted to suppotr the RLE data hub, but none yet successful. Major project proposals will include a budget allocation to address data management
Please report on the result /achievement of the actions taken
