A dolphin model was created for use in training workshops and simulations. It reproduces the approximate dimensions and weight of a small cetacean, allowing participants to practice realistic handling and response procedures.
The prototype has been used in various simulations of stranded cetaceans, providing a practical and safe tool for training and improving participants’ preparedness for real-life stranding situations. |
