Education/Communication/Raising awareness
We study and share information on the impacts of full-scale russian-Ukrainian war on biodiversity so that other countries can use and replicate this experience. In the case of the Kakhovka Reservoir destruction alone, our work has generated over 100 articles in international media and more than 2,000 in Ukrainian media. We are also part of an international working group collecting and publishing verified information in English on the impacts of war on biodiversity.
