The WCEL Water and Wetlands Specialist Group has focused on developing the Manifiesto for the Freshwater Rule of Law and a Diagnostic Toolkit for Water Legislation. These instruments are designed to provide the normative framework and practical legal tools required to bring about legislative reforms aimed at achieving equitable, efficient, and sustainable management of freshwater resources.
