This Resolution is among the batch that falls under the remit of the PPC, in terms of the asks directed to the Council. The PPC has established a small group to prepare draft implementation plans and assign focal points to each of these Resolutions. This work is currently underway, but to date, no focal point has been confirmed, and no TOR has been agreed for undertaking the asks in operative paragraph 3. Work is expected to commence in Q4 2026 or Q1 2027.
