Coordination issues

It appears that the Commissions CEM,WCPA and WCEL haven't been engaged with the implementation of this activity, whereas mesopelagic ecosystem integrity is a topic of interest for these commissions. Lack of coordination between active members and other constituents is probable. Active engagement of the Secretariat to coordinate actions could help, subject to available time and resources. |
