Challenges / lessons learned from Activity Reports
Challenges / lessons learned Description Action
Coordination issues

There were challenges in navigating the IUCN protocols and procedures for establishing a Task Force, as well as understandable delays associated with the transition to and establishment of the new SSC Chair’s Office. Consequently, formal approval of the Task Force and appointment of its Co-Chairs are still pending, which has delayed the initiation of substantive activities.
