The Mastung Integrated District Development Vision (IDDV) presents a statement of the district's development vision and in the absence of other strategic planning documents may be read as a policy statement on part of the district. A development vision expresses a desirable future condition envisaged by a nation, region or administrative unit, and charts a course of action for its attainment.
