Okavango [Botswana] : actual issues

Non-professional video prepared for IUCN internal use. Dr. Rychner narrates a two hour flight over the Okavango Delta where 2 major projects are to implemented. The first, the Boro Dredging project, which will create a canal of 40 km long to provide water for Maun and other rural communities. The second project concerns the erecting of a "Buffalo Fence" which will stop further colonization of the delta by cattle.
