Creating and managing an IUCN National Committee in Europe : toolkit

This toolkit, prepared through the Ad-Hoc Working Group on the Development of European National Committees in collaboration with IUCN national committees in Europe, gives background on the purpose of national committees within IUCN and provides guidance on establishing a national committee, using national committees as a mechanism for implementing projects, working with IUCN Commissions and communication tools and strategies. Further information on governance, membership and budgetary matters are presented, as well as case studies.
