The Eastern African Journal of Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism is a publication of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management at the St. Augustine University of Tanzania. It provides a platform for the publication of research on Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism from East Africa and across the globe. All articles are double-blind peer-reviewed. The purpose of the journal is to publish original, peer reviewed research articles and conference reviews that advance the scale and scope of knowledge in Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism. The global tourism sectors are faced with unique challenges that hinder their potential and capacities for future expansion and growth. The main focus of this journal is to seek for solutions to the myriad of problems facing the sector especially in East Africa.
