There seems to be a lack of information to fully update on the implementation of this Resolution. A few of the activities include:
- An (incomplete) activity report from CEC mentions as an achievement the action by the University of Victoria in the establishment of the world’s first degree programme to combine the intensive study of both Indigenous and non-Indigenous law, enabling people to work fluently across the two realms.
- IUCN WCPA Specialist Group on PA Governance, ICCA Consortium and CEESP
- CEESP is working on a publication on environmental defenders, aim to publish in time for Congress
- The guidelines for the ICCA overlap with protected areas are in draft form undergoing revisions (related to Res 030 - but also seems relevant for this Resolution?)
