This policy brief examines how the inter-linkages approach to sustainable development governance can be used to help make sustainable development financing more effective and efficient. It provides an outline of the key processes and trends that serve to shape the current financing environment and provides concrete, practical, examples of how the interlinkages approach can, or has been, applied to the issue of financing in order to use the above trends to the advantage of sustainable development goals.
