Technical report : Conference on Integrated Watershed Forest and River Basin Management in Vietnam, Bi Doup Nui Ba National Park, Dalat City, Lam Dong, Vietnam, May 23-24, 2011
Regional and international delegates gathered for a conference focusing on forests, watershed management, and integrated water resource management on 23-24 May in Da Lat, Viet Nam. Participants visited a local national park and heard about the challenges park managers face to protect the forest and water supplies. Speakers from Viet Nam, China and Norway addressed a range of river basin management examples, highlighting local challenges including the regional development of hydropower and its environmental impacts.
