Acid News is a newsletter from the Air Pollution & Climate Secretariat, the primary aim of which is to provide information on air pollution and its effects on health and the environment. 

Reefs at Risk Revisited is part of a series that began in 1998 with the release of the first global analysis, Reefs at Risk: A Map-Based Indicator of Threats to the World’s Coral Reefs. Two regionspecific publications followed with Reefs at Risk in Southeast Asia (2002) and Reefs at Risk in the Caribbean (2004). These regional studies incorporated more detailed data and refined the modeling approach for mapping the impact of human activities on reefs.

Films included in this compilation are "Mekong: Watch That River!" (2009); "Small Islands, Big Impact" (2009); "South Asia: Crowded Land, Drying Rivers" (2009); and "Yellow River Blues" (2009). The yearbook's overview of events and developments during 2010 shows how cutting edge science reveals new opportunities to mitigate climate change while improving air quality. Stimulated by technological innovation and green investments, renewable energy supply is growing rapidly. This and other developments are summarized in key environmental indicators that present the latest data and trends for the global environment.
