The Greening Blue Energy project aims to facilitate well-balanced and science-based discussions on the impacts on the marine environment from offshore renewable energy developments and as such this publication provides a synthesis of current knowledge on the potential biodiversity impacts of offshore wind energy on the marine environment. It is based on scientific evidence and experiences from offshore renewable energy development and other relevant sectors.

Volcanoes are true wonders of the planet; they are central to the formation, evolution and sustenance of biological systems; they form some of our deepest and most significant cultural attachments to the land; and they attract large numbers of visitors for their aesthetic appeal.

In 2011, the government of Germany and IUCN together launched the Bonn Challenge as a global commitment to bring under restoration 150 million hectares (Mha) of land by 2020.  IUCN has developed the Bonn Challenge Barometer: a progress-tracking framework and tool to support pledgers in meeting the critical need to assess and report on the implementation of national and subnational forest landscape restoration (FLR) pledges made under the Bonn Challenge.

This publication explores emerging concepts, challenges, and key policy and law tools to help inform governments as they modernize public sector planning to better address 21st century change and advance their sustainable development goals.

Tujuan utama panduan ini adalah untuk membantu mereka yang aktif terlibat dalam penangkapan ular dan situasi perdagangan, yang dihadapi dengan keperluan untuk melaksanakan pemantauan dan pengurusan. Panduan ini ditulis untuk pengurus hidupan liar kerajaan, pemulih konservasi, saintis profesional, dan amatur yang berminat untuk memastikan penggunaan ular ternakan liar dalam perdagangan komersial adalah kekal.
