Vers une meilleure gouvernance de la Méditerranée

<p>Le présent ouvrage est un compte-rendu de deux ateliers qui ont eu lieu en 2007 et 2008 à Tunis et Rabat. L’objet des ateliers était de faire un état des lieux de la gouvernance de la mer Méditerranée, de chercher des solutions aux problèmes actuels afin d’accompagner les positions et les décisions politiques nationales et intergouvernementales, et influencer ainsi les centres de décision en faveur d’une bonne gouvernance en Méditerranée. Ce compte-rendu aborde les sujets suivant : Etat des lieux des zones sous juridiction étatique ; biodiversité en haute mer ; et cadre juridique existant.</p> <p>This bilingual publication is the report of two workshops held in 2007 in Tunis and in 2008 in Rabat. The purpose of the workshop was to conduct an inventory of the governance issues of the Mediterranean Sea, to search for solutions to current problems in order to provide support to national and inter-governmental decisions and policies, and influence the decision makers to adopt good governance approaches in the Mediterranean. The report covers: inventory of zones under state jurisdiction, biodiversity in the high seas, and current legal framework.</p>
