The aim of this manual is to strengthen the community of practitioners who are using an innovative range of visual techniques in dealing with conservation and development situations. Visualization techniques are used to compare visions of stakeholders and to negotiate trade-offs through comparing these visions. Different visualization techniques are already widely used and several of these are discussed in this manual.

Ce guide a pour objectif de faire connaître aux visiteurs du Parc National d'Al Hoceima (PNAH) la diversité faunistique et floristique, à travers la présentation d’un peu plus de 80 espèces, communes ou emblématiques de la zone du Parc et dont certaines comptent parmi les espèces en danger ou menacées d’extinction.

O guia fornece uma versão sintetizada e cremos que prática das principais etapas do processo de governança partilhada, visando, em particular os actores das Áreas Marinhas Protegidas (AMPs) da África Ocidental.

This guide draws inspiration from the impressive volume Sharing Power, published by the IUCN/CEESP and IIED. The guide provides what we hope to be a convenient synthesis of the main phases of a shared-governance process for Marine Protected Areas (MPA) in West Africa.
