En esta publicación se identifican y analizan las cuestiones fundamentales para la formulación y aplicación de marcos jurídicos nacionales y subnacionales para las actividades de REDD. El informe se basa en resultados substantivos de nuestros casos de estudios nacionales, seleccionados cuidadosamente por sus variadas geografías, cubierta forestal y tasas de deforestación, así como estadios de los preparativos de REDD.
