All Convene stakeholders/Networking Resolution 8.121 – Members are the Heart of the Union
Status: in progress
Implementation of Resolution 8.121 is underway. As a first step, the Terms of Reference (ToR) for a Council Working Group to take forward the resolution's mandate were prepared by the Secretariat and approved by Bureau. The ToR set out the Working Group's purpose, scope, composition, working methods and timeline, as well as the expected deliverables to be reported back to Council.
The Secretariat is now supporting the establishment of the Working Group, after which they will proceed with the identification and confirmation of members in line with the approved ToR. Once constituted, the Working Group is expected to hold its first meeting in Q4 of 2026, at which it will agree a workplan and timeline for its deliverables.
